Infinitẽ Cable will provide 25 Years Warranty Certificate to the end user for our certified cabling system installed by our certified installer.

Infinitẽ structured cabling systems include Category 5e, Category 6 and Optical Fiber.

This warranty ensures that customer network will operate flawlessly and support any application designed to the TIA/EIA 568B and ISO 11801 standards.

25 Years Warranty Coverage

In the event of a certified cabling system failing any of the parameters, Infinitẽ Cable will take its responsibilities under this warranty and provide the related remedies. Infinitẽ Cable will supply the related components free of charge and pay the repair work associated with system fault diagnosis and rectification.

Professional Installation

Infinitẽ certified cabling systems are installed by our certified installers who must have extensive installation experience and good reputation in the industry. Also, they have to undergo our professional training. All installations are fully tested in accordance with industry standards and reviewed by our technical department. Infinitẽ Cable will audit the installation site to ensure the sound workmanship.

Not Coverage

This warranty does not cover failure of a certified cabling system or components resulting from actions or events beyond the control of Infinitẽ Cable, including without limitation, alterations to the certified cabling system, unauthorized or improper repairs, misuse, accidents, fire, water damage and acts of God.
